Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our new policies regarding late arrivals, missed appointments, or last minute cancellations.

- Patients who arrive later than 10 minutes from their scheduled appointment may be required to reschedule.

- We require a credit card to hold your appointment and cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

- missed appointments or last minute cancellations will result in a

$50 No-Show Fee.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid getting charged. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
